Faero Research Inc.
The massive building at the very centre of Legara is Faero Research Inc., the headquarters of the organization dedicated to mapping out Faero, as well as the home to the men and women who brought in the military, other researchers and experienced Pokémon trainers in the first place. A technological marvel, the building appears to be made up almost entirely out of glass, with very little in the way of concrete. The building is at least twenty floors tall, but only the ground floor's Pokémon Laboratory is open to the general public.

License Liaison
Next to the Faero Research Inc. laboratory is the License Liaison building where an independent company oversees the exploration of Faero from a safety point of view. While the scientists were originally eager to accept all the help they could get, several dozen casualties out in the wild caused a public outrage. As a result a group of ex-military security exports banded together and created License Liaison, the company that hands out licenses to explorers to go deeper into Faero's wilderness. While there are those who feel that they do not need a license to go where they please on Faero, exploring too far without a license can result in a complete ban of the island, so most have no choice put to perform the tests License Liaison has put forward.

Residential District
While Legara is first and foremost a technological marvel designed to serve as a base of operations for Faero Research Inc., the city obviously also has to provide adequate living conditions for the many explorers of Faero. Because preserving Faero's wilderness is a primary concern for the expedition, the Residential District is built upwards rather than outwards. Massive towering skyscrapers that almost reach for the clouds are home to the thousands of employees and explorers working in Faero, an especially beautiful scene at night when the buildings are illuminated in many different colours to help guide explorers back home.

Legara Park
Inside of Legara city and walled off, it is the perfect place to take one's skittish new Pokémon for a walk. While flying types might still make their escape, the majority of Pokémon would prefer staying inside rather than brave the city. Because it also not nearly as crowded as the residential district itself, Pokémon are less likely to injure strangers.

Legara Arena
While not fully finished yet, the Legara Arena promises to one day house magnificent battles between different Pokémon, not for entertainment, but so that the scientists can study them in their natural element; fighting for survival. As such the arena has been outfitted with the latest scanning equipment, making it possible to keep close track of vital information about the combatants. While the arena itself isn't ready yet to be used for its true purpose, it is already open for explorers to use as a training area.

DNA Dynomite
DNA Dynomite is an independent research organization from Hoenn which specializes in mapping out and studying the genomes of Pokémon. Their methods of cloning Pokémon from living tissue and fossilised materials is considered unorthodox by other main stream researchers, but their offer to assist the Faero Research Inc. Pokémon studies was simply too good to pass out on. Pokémon cloning has only just started, but major breakthroughs have already been made.

Beach
Stretching all the way across Faero are a series of magnificent beaches with sand as white as pearls. Sadly enough, the vast majority of them are not suited in the least for sunbathing as it simply isn't safe enough with the plethora of wild Pokémon lurking near them, but a small section of the beach around Legara has been fenced off to offer at least some protection while spending one's time at the beach. Because the ocean itself contains many common Pokémon such as Magikarp and Tentacool that are not seen in Faero's locked in lakes and rivers, any and all attempts at fishing are strictly forbidden under Faero's "no Pokémon import" policy.

Legara Outskirts
Compared to the rest of Faero's nature, the forest around the city of Legara is relatively familiar to those from Kanto. Where as the majority of Faero is far more hot and humid than Kanto, Legara's Outskirts is an ordinary deciduous forest with very little in the sense of 'alien' flora. The only truly notable difference between the forests of Faero and the forests of Kanto is that the trees here seem to grow at a far faster pace. The Outskirts are practically cloaked in perpetual darkness from the thick layer of leaves that spans several dozen feet above the ground, making it difficult at times to see without a flashlight.

Lanoran Plains
When an explorer finally makes their way through the large forest that seperates Legara from the rest of Faero, they will find themselves at the edge of the Lanoran Plains, a massive field that stretches as far as the eye can see, with deceptively tall grasses that can certainly harbour danger. The weather at Lanoran Plains is very unpredictable and it has been known to suddenly start storming and thundering at a moment's notice.

Fever Woods
It is uncertain if the explorer who originally named the jungle 'Fever Woods' was indicating that entering it was a likely way of getting a terrible fever, or if he decided to name it such because the massive trees tend to shake with life, looking as if they are feverish themselves. Name aside, the Fever Woods are exactly what you'd expect a jungle to be, full of beautiful looking and foul smelling flowers, mosquitoes, swampy ground that will eat a man in seconds and vicious Pokémon at a stone-throw distance.

Scorching Mountains
The Scorching Mountains gain their name from the array of active and inactive volcanoes that stretches through the mountainous area. While there have been no eruptions in the last few years as far as scientists can tell, the area is nonetheless a dangerous place to navigate, as it is not only extremely hot, but pools of lava are still present just about everywhere.

Great Lake
Millennia ago when Faero was still attached to the rest of the continents the Great Lake was opened up to the ocean. However, as the tectonic plates moved Faero away to its current position, earthquakes caused a large section of the mountains to collapse, blocking the lake from the sea, resulting in the evolution of never before seen water Pokémon. The Pokémon rangers have left a series of motorboats at the shore for explorers to use at their own risk.

Ruined Laboratory
A secret underground laboratory once belonging to Team Rocket, an explosion from within caused the ceilings to collapse and revealed several entrances from Faero's wilderness. After they drove Team Rocket out, the Pokémorphs claimed the laboratory as their new home.
This is the home of the Pokémorphs.
